To make this a functional kitchen for friends and family required an extensive rebuild, leveling uneven floors, removing a small center island, opening up the flow from living room to the kitchen and custom crafting a built in seating arrangement in a bay window area. We also want to easily access the patio where they barbeque and have coffee in the day, installing a french door to let in plenty of light gave us access, as well as installing a pair of
single hung windows to use as a pass thru to the patio from the kitchen. Remodeling the guest bath was also in the socpe of work, installing a pedestal sink, and having the tub resurfaced with new procelin. Laminate flooring thru out the house
